Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing technical teams in watchmaking or service operations.
• Rolex certification or equivalent technical expertise.
• Strong understanding of watchmaking operations, repair processes, and quality control.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized, disciplined, and capable of workload planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day LIC workshop operations and ensure repair flow.
• Drive throughput, turnaround time, and productivity while meeting service standards.
• Balance capacity and workload; identify bottlenecks and implement solutions.
• Allocate and prioritize work to maximize productivity and technical effectiveness.
• Partner with estimating, QA, and logistics to maintain steady workflow.
• Lead and develop watchmakers and technicians; conduct performance evaluations.
