Job summary

The Bowerman Group is forming an in-house luxury watch workshop in Northern Westchester County, NY, seeking experienced watchmakers for a full-time, onsite role. You will service, repair, test, and quality-check a wide range of luxury timepieces, contributing to a growing technical platform and team.

Ideal candidates have formal watchmaking training or CW21 certification, a strong mechanical background, and experience across multiple brands.

Qualifications

• Formal watchmaking training, CW21 certification, or equivalent.
• Strong mechanical background with experience servicing diverse luxury timepieces.
• Ability to diagnose, service, regulate, test, and quality-check watches with precision.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete mechanical watch service and repair to standards and tolerances.
• Diagnose issues and perform adjustments and timing.
• Conduct final quality-control checks on components and assemblies.
• Test water resistance, rate performance, and functionality as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized workshop and track services via the platform.
