You will drive efficiency, cost control, and quality improvements, scale operations across a large team of technicians, and partner with brands to deliver exceptional service in a globally renowned luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Certified watchmaking leadership and technical oversight is preferred.
• 7–10 years in watch repair operations with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, quartz, and high-complication timepieces.
• Proven experience managing large technical teams (20+ technicians).
• Track record of improving production efficiency, quality, and cost performance.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
