Job summary

The Bowerman Group in Illinois is seeking a full-time on-site Watchmaker to diagnose, repair and service a wide range of timepieces, from quartz to mechanical, including chronographs and perpetual calendars.

You will manage all aspects of repair—from case refinishing and water resistance testing to assembly—and support training and mentoring of junior technicians while helping to build out the company’s in-house repair facility.

Qualifications

• Experience repairing a broad range of watches, from quartz to mechanical.
• Ability to train and mentor junior technicians.
• Familiarity with in-house workshop setup and equipment is a plus.
