Job summary

Swatch Group is seeking a Watchmaker to perform full service on movements, from dismantling to assembly and testing, ensuring all steps meet brand guidelines. You will work across brands, analyze repair methods, and develop tools to solve issues during the repair process.

You will join a dynamic team focused on delivering high-quality watch repairs, maintaining equipment, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Strong watchmaking apprenticeship and WOSTEP exposure are ideal.

Qualifications

• Watchmaking apprenticeship or Basic Certificate in Watch Repair
• Completion of a watchmaking apprenticeship with satisfactory results
• Specialist knowledge of complicated movements or post-apprenticeship course (e.g., WOSTEP)
• Team player with good communication and customer-service focus

Responsibilities

• Full service on movements: dismantling, replacement/fixing of parts, cleaning, reassemble, rate check and adjustment
• Repair and service on multiple brands according to Brand guidelines
• Analyze and decide proper repair methodology
• Use or develop tools/processes to address issues during repair
• Coordinate with team to maintain equipment and ensure timely customer service
• Ensure all services for the customer are carried out and watch is ready to wear
