Job summary

The Swatch Group, in the United States, is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the After Sales Service Department. You will handle a variety of in-coming calls, provide repair estimates, and keep customers informed on service and repair orders status.

The role requires working on-site in New Jersey, with responsibilities spanning inquiries, data entry in SAP, parts inventory, and cross‑department coordination to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Research and respond to customer inquiries in person, phone and e-mail.
• Issue repair estimates and provide customers with repair process related information.
• Review and update customer records in SAP.
• Maintain parts inventory and its replenishment.
• Resolve problems through partnerships with appropriate parties/department heads.
• Perform due diligence on customer inquiries through oral and written communication.
• Research timepieces and parts in the SAP.
• Assure the highest level of customer satisfaction including timely and adequate follow up process.
