Job summary

The Swatch Group (U.S.) is seeking a qualified Customer Service Representative for our After Sales Service Department to handle a variety of in-coming calls from consumers. You will process watch repairs, provide repair estimates, and be the first point of contact for service and repair orders status.

Job location: Metro Way 55, Secaucus, NJ. Hours: Mon–Fri 9:30am–6:00pm with overtime as needed. On-site work environment with comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Research and respond to customer inquiries in person, phone and e-mail
• Issue repair estimates and provide repair process related information
• Review and update customer records in SAP
• Maintain parts inventory and replenishment
• Resolve problems through partnerships with appropriate departments
• Perform due diligence on customer inquiries through oral and written communication
• Research timepieces and parts in SAP
• Assure the highest level of customer satisfaction including timely and adequate follow up process
