Swatch Group is seeking a Watchmaker to perform full service on movements, from dismantling to assembly and testing, ensuring all steps meet brand guidelines. You will work across brands, analyze repair methods, and develop tools to solve issues during the repair process.
You will join a dynamic team focused on delivering high-quality watch repairs, maintaining equipment, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Strong watchmaking apprenticeship and WOSTEP exposure are ideal.

Watchmaker who, within a dynamic and growing team, will be responsible for the watch repairing process from servicing the movement to preparing/assemble the case and encase the movement.
The Watchmaker will report to the Workshop Manager and will primarily focus on Swatch Group Brands.
The Watchmaker must have the skills and experience necessary to service all types of watches from basic mechanical and quartz movements and also chronographs.
