Alsco is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support wastewater treatment operations. You will perform sampling, monitoring, and testing to ensure regulatory compliance, assist with installing sewer lines, and maintain plant equipment and pump stations.

The role includes on-call duty and rotating weekend checks, with clear communication to the Chief Operator for improvements. Strong team collaboration, problem-solving, and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Computer literate in Word and Excel.
• Preferred experience in wastewater treatment.
• Must be a team player with enthusiasm and initiative.
• Good leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform sampling, monitoring, and testing to comply with regulations.
• Assist with installation and inspection of sewer lines.
• Maintain and repair plant equipment and pump stations.
• Respond on-call to emergencies and breakdowns.
• Perform weekend checks on a rotating basis.
• Communicate with Chief Operator and propose improvements.
