Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience.
• Computer literate in Word and Excel.
• Preferred experience in wastewater treatment.
• Must be a team player with initiative and quality focus.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform all sampling, monitoring, and testing to comply with regulations governing wastewater treatment, storm water, and sludge management.
• Assist with installation and inspection of new sewer lines and services.
• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of plant equipment and pump stations.
• Assist in regular and unscheduled maintenance and repairs on all plant equipment.
• Be on-call to respond to emergencies and breakdowns at the plant and pump stations.
• Conduct weekend checks on a rotating basis; follow OSHA regulations.
• Maintain open communications with the Chief Operator and recommend repairs/improvements.
