Rosina Food Products Inc. is seeking a Wastewater Treatment Operator on 2nd or 3rd shift to support and oversee wastewater treatment across our West Seneca, NY facilities.

You will monitor systems, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate tasks with Maintenance, Engineering, Production, and Quality teams in a hands-on role. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of wastewater or industrial treatment experience, preferably in a food manufacturing setting, with a basic understanding of chemistry and

Formación

• 1-2 years of related wastewater or industrial treatment experience preferred.
• Experience within a food manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
• Basic understanding of chemistry and wastewater systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 60–75 lbs as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate day-to-day wastewater treatment operations across all shifts.
• Monitor systems and equipment to ensure efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Assign and follow up on departmental tasks and priorities.
• Support preventative maintenance and coordinate repairs when needed.
• Monitor water and wastewater samples and adjust treatment chemicals accordingly.
• Maintain required documentation and records for inspections and compliance.
• Work closely with Maintenance, Engineering, Production, and Quality teams.
• Assist with training and development of wastewater associates.
• Coordinate contractor activity and sludge/grease removal operations.
• Respond to operational issues and emergencies as needed.
