Job summary

Rosina Foods Inc. is hiring a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to lead daily production and sanitation operations at our West Seneca, NY facility. You will drive team development, ensure quality and safety, and manage shift transitions.

Applicants should have 2–3 years of supervisory experience in food production and strong leadership and organizational skills. OSHA familiarity and CCP certification are a plus; bilingual ability is welcome.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in food production.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with OSHA and safety best practices.
• Comfortable using basic computer programs and production software.
• Bilingual ability or CCP1/CCP2 certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support your team through daily production goals.
• Oversee scheduling, equipment operations, and shift transitions.
• Monitor product quality and make real-time adjustments.
• Coach, train, and evaluate hourly associates.
• Promote a culture of safety, cleanliness, and food safety compliance.
• Use tools like Shop Logix, Safety Chain, and Corvium to support workflow and training.
• Maintain proper documentation and cleanliness during sanitation activities.
