Rosina Food Products, Inc. is seeking a 3rd Shift Maintenance Supervisor at our West Seneca facility. You are a hands-on leader focused on team development, with strong maintenance experience and a passion for safety and reliability.

You will oversee a team of technicians, ensure equipment runs smoothly, and drive preventative maintenance while coordinating with HR on staffing. This role offers growth in a family-friendly, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of maintenance leadership in food manufacturing.
• Experience with ammonia refrigeration and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
• Strong organizational and computer skills.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of skilled maintenance technicians.
• Keep production and support equipment running efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
• Oversee preventative maintenance scheduling and planning.
• Manage spare parts inventory and procurement recommendations.
• Coordinate hiring needs with HR and develop staffing plans.
• Promote and enforce workplace safety standards (OSHA, PSM, etc.).
• Communicate clearly with facility leadership and team members.
• Be available for off-shift work, weekends, or holidays as needed.
