Rosina Food Products is seeking a Food Quality Inspector for 3rd shift on-site in West Seneca, NY. You will ensure product quality, sanitation, and GMP compliance while supporting HACCP processes.

This role requires attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced setting, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Shift options include 7PM-5:30AM or 2PM-12:30AM, with full-time hours and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 6+ months experience in QA, food safety, or food manufacturing.
• Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, CCPs, and BRC standards is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• HACCP certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain).
• Able to work in a fast-paced food manufacturing setting and lift up to 50 lbs.

Aufgaben

• Inspect product weight, labeling, packaging, and overall quality.
• Verify sanitation and GMP compliance during production.
• Monitor CCPs like metal detection and cooking temps.
• Complete accurate documentation for HACCP and quality systems.
• Collect and submit product/environmental samples for lab testing.
• Assist with USDA, FDA, and BRC inspections.
• Train production staff on quality standards and documentation.
