Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant wastewater experience.
• Professional Engineer license or reciprocity preferred.
• Proven leadership in project execution, business development, and staff mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from development through completion including budgets, schedules, and QA/QC.
• Manage client relationships and cross-selling opportunities across projects.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop junior and mid-level staff within the team.
• Oversee risk management, contractual terms, and communication with senior leadership.
