Job summary

Apex Companies is looking for a Principal-level leader to expand their Water/Wastewater business in Northeast targets including Connecticut, Massachusetts, or New Hampshire. The role focuses on building client relationships, leading municipal projects, and mentoring staff.

This position offers a competitive salary between $200,000 and $220,000, along with a supportive work environment emphasizing growth, client satisfaction, and technical excellence.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in municipal water, wastewater, or stormwater infrastructure.
• Registered Professional Engineer preferred in MA, CT, or NH.
• Proven background in the design and management of water and wastewater treatment systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the growth of Apex’s water, wastewater, and stormwater services.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to municipal clients.
• Oversee delivery of municipal infrastructure projects including water and wastewater treatment.
