Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in wastewater.
• Registered Professional Engineer or other professional certifications or registrations as appropriate for the primary field of expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from development through completion, including scope, budgets, and schedules.
• Mentor and develop staff and manage performance reviews.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and pursue cross-selling opportunities.
• Identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals, and lead proposal teams.
• Oversee QA/QC procedures and risk management across projects.

BS or MS Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
