Qualifications

• BS or MS Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• 15+ years of wastewater experience.
• Registered Professional Engineer or eligible by reciprocity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire teams of engineers, scientists, project managers, and staff to deliver high-quality results.
• Recruit, mentor and develop junior and mid-level staff for growth and career advancement.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners; identify cross-selling opportunities.
