Qualifications
- Proven ability to identify, cultivate, and advance sales opportunities using PTW process.
- Advanced knowledge of practice leadership, business operations, and financial principles.
- Strong technical leadership for complex projects and pursuits.
- Experience in strategic growth planning and client-focused delivery.
Responsibilities
- Align Area performance with leadership; develop strategic growth milestones.
- Lead development and communication of practice strategy to client teams; support market intelligence.
- Win new work as Sales Leader or Technical Seller to grow the Practice and Business Unit.
- Provide technical leadership across wastewater projects; ensure client outcomes and profitability.
- Build and lead high-performing teams; manage staffing and utilization targets.
