Job summary

Brown and Caldwell is seeking a Wastewater Area Practice Leader for the Central Area (Colorado, Utah and Texas). The role drives growth, strategy, hiring, and innovation, while leading advanced engineering analyses and design across wastewater systems.

Location flexibility is provided with a home-based arrangement in the Central Area. The candidate should have 15+ years in wastewater engineering, 8+ years in project leadership, and a PE license in CO/UT/TX preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering or related field is required.
• 15+ years of wastewater engineering experience with at least 8 years in project leadership.
• PE license in Colorado, Utah, and/or Texas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technical analyses and engineering design efforts.
• Develop environmental protection systems and infrastructure for complex projects.
• Drive growth of the wastewater practice in the Central Area.
• Mentor team members and guide less experienced staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality deliverables.
