• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in environmental consulting, engineering, or related fields.
• Experience in annual business planning, strategy development, and workforce planning.
• Experience leading practice growth strategies with measurable outcomes.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams and to drive client success.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the wastewater practice for the Central Area (Colorado, Utah, Texas) and align with national priorities.
• Drive strategic growth plans, including 1-, 3-, and 5-year milestones, with measurable outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership across wastewater treatment and conveyance and related areas.
• Lead business development and sales efforts to grow the practice and maintain profitability.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team; manage staffing, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with area and enterprise leaders to integrate BC capabilities across client organizations.
