Alsco Uniforms in Wichita Falls, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventative and specialized maintenance, ensuring safe and compliant operation of all facility systems and wastewater/power plant equipment.

You will document repairs via the PM program, troubleshoot automation, and collaborate with operations teams to maximize uptime and efficiency within a safety-sensitive role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in plumbing, electrical, steam, controls, PLC, welding, and mechanical systems preferred.
• 2+ years industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with electric schematics, low voltage troubleshooting, controls, steam/boiler operation, hydraulics, pneumatics, and safety compliance.
• Boiler operator license and wastewater certification (where state-appropriate) and computerized preventive maintenance systems.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record free of chargeable accidents or violations.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the General Manager, Production Management team, and other key operational partners to support facility operations.
• Use a computerized Preventive Maintenance (PM) program daily to document repairs and maintenance activities and respond promptly to equipment failures.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment with emphasis on automation and control systems.
• Maintain compliance with safety, environmental requirements by completing safety training, recording documentation, supporting wastewater compliance, and maintaining computerized maintenance records.
• Perform preventive maintenance on facility equipment and infrastructure to maximize reliability and minimize downtime.
