Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Four years of progressive operation and maintenance experience in wastewater treatment.
• Professional Engineering license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage or assist in managing daily operational activities of wastewater treatment plants.
• Ensure regulatory permit compliance and interact with regulatory agencies.
• Direct, develop and motivate staff to meet objectives and safety standards.
• Plan, schedule and maintain long-range maintenance programs.
• Prepare budgets and monitor fiscal performance.
• Coordinate projects with engineering, consultants and contractors.
