Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 55 lbs or more.
• Experience as a journeyman in installation, maintenance, and repair of wastewater process equipment.
• Maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to learn procedures for safe handling of materials.
• Commitment to growth in the company.

• Good eye-hand coordination.

• Ability to cross-train for other roles.

Responsibilities

• Treat wastewater and determine water quality, releasing treated water to city POTW.
• Maintain, install, and repair plant mechanical equipment including engines, heat exchangers, pumps.
• Operate and monitor equipment safely to protect environment.
• Support safety and compliance initiatives.
