The City of Portland is seeking a Wastewater Treatment Plant Crew Lead to oversee operation, maintenance, and regulatory compliance for a 2.5MGD plant and 17 lift stations. This role reports to the Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator and emphasizes safety, data-driven decisions, and asset management.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Over 3 years of experience in wastewater operations or similar roles.
• Valid Texas Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Class C or higher Wastewater License is highly preferred; if not possessed, expect to obtain it within 6 months.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and track maintenance and operations for a 2.5MGD conventional wastewater treatment plant and 17 lift stations.
• Manage budget processes including capital projects.
• Ensure safety training and safety manuals are up to date and documented.
• Ensure Standard Operating Procedures are followed by all staff.
