• Five years of experience operating and maintaining a wastewater treatment plant, with at least two years in a lead or supervisory role.
• AA degree from an accredited college with chemistry/biology and treatment plant operation coursework.
• Must possess a Grade IV Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator certificate and a valid California Driver's License.
