Job summary

Veolia North America, LLC is seeking a dependable individual to participate in the operation, maintenance, and repair of water and wastewater treatment facilities in Mississippi. The role involves monitoring equipment, collecting samples, and updating records while ensuring safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, basic water/wastewater experience, and the ability to obtain MS Class C Water and/or Wastewater certificates within one

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Some water and/or wastewater experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and operates wastewater treatment plant equipment (pumps, valves, motors, blowers, chemical feed).
• Collects samples, runs tests, records results, and adjusts chemical treatment as needed.
• Performs routine maintenance and minor repairs; maintains plant records and reports.
• Assists regulatory personnel during inspections and maintains logbooks.
