The San Antonio River Authority is seeking a Maintenance Operator to perform preventive maintenance on wastewater plant equipment and vehicles in San Antonio, TX. Ideal candidates hold a High School diploma or GED and relevant wastewater licenses or CDL with tanker endorsement, plus experience in collection systems.

Formación

• Knowledge of wastewater collection systems and treatment processes.
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals and schematics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reporting and record-keeping.
• Experience with heavy equipment, power tools, and routine preventive maintenance.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine maintenance on plant equipment and vehicles.
• Repair motors, gearboxes, pumps, and electrical components.
• Assist with plumbing, electrical tasks, and minor construction work.
• Troubleshoot equipment and diagnose machinery problems.
• Support safety programs and report hazards per policy.
