HDR seeks a WTEM Business Class Director to lead the wastewater treatment and effluent management program. You will coordinate with market sectors, provide technical risk management, and mentor technical leaders across HDR’s multi-disciplinary teams.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, client engagement, industry collaboration, and advancing HDR’s research and standards. Travel and leadership across multiple locations are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering or related field required.
• At least 10 years of experience in the related field.
• Professional registration required for technical leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and collaborate across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Provide company-wide leadership of technical capabilities within the business class.
• Coordinate with related business classes, market sectors and operations.
• Lead risk management and provide advisory services on projects.
• Oversee quality assurance and monitor emerging technologies.
• Guide staff placement, worksharing and staffing for projects.
• Develop strategic plans with market sector directors and lead research initiatives.
