Job summary

Schneider Electric in Seneca, SC seeks a Waste Water Technician on 2nd shift to operate the anodic electrocoating paint system and manage the facility’s wastewater treatment process. You will monitor PLC/HMI controls, handle equipment maintenance, and work with a team to drive reliability and safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements include a SC D-level license (B-level preferred), a Technical Associate's Degree, and experience in industrial settings.

Qualifications

• Requires SC D-level wastewater license; B-level preferred.
• Technical/Mechanical aptitude required.
• Industrial/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Technical Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate anodic electrocoating paint system and wastewater treatment operations.
• Control PLC/HMI and manually operate switches/valves.
• Maintain and monitor system components and equipment (nozzles, pumps, plumbing).
• Safely handle chemicals and adjust processes as needed.
• Record-keeping and cross-functional collaboration to improve operations.
