Job summary

Henkel Adhesive Technologies in Greenville, SC is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining and improving manufacturing and facility equipment to ensure safe, reliable operations.

You will perform preventive and predictive maintenance, diagnose mechanical and electrical issues (up to 480V), conduct root-cause analysis, and verify repairs while adhering to LOTO and OSHA standards; join a team focused on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

Proven mechanical maintenance experience including preventive and predictive programs.
Strong electrical knowledge: troubleshooting AC/DC motors, VFDs, HMIs.
Experience with RCA and reliability improvement initiatives.
Familiarity with CMMS (SAP) and work order management.
Commitment to OSHA, LOTO and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical (up to 480V) and automated systems.
Respond to equipment failures, conduct root-cause analysis, and replace defective components.
Execute scheduled maintenance, inspect equipment, lubricate machinery, and maintain records.
Follow LOTO procedures and OSHA requirements to ensure safe operations.
