Job summary

Rumpke Waste & Recycling in Kentucky is seeking a dedicated maintenance associate to keep our facility grounds clean and safe. You will mow, trim, and keep areas free of debris while supporting waste-cart operations and equipment upkeep.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and speak English well enough to communicate and follow safety training.
• Good communication with customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility grounds, mowing, trimming, and trash pickup from grounds and surrounding areas.
• Operate hand-held, electrical, and gas-powered tools and equipment safely.
• Ensure safe operating condition of equipment per company policy and OSHA.
• Assist with organization and distribution of waste carts and bins.
• Perform safe driving practices while transporting and loading containers.
• Interact professionally with internal and external customers.
