Job summary

The Prime Recruitment is representing a growing medical device company in Washington state seeking a Territory Manager to own and grow the territory. You will drive adoption of an innovative home-use device, build key VA and clinical relationships, and develop new business while strengthening existing accounts.

Expect up to 50% travel with multi-day trips and overnights. Competitive base ($120K) plus uncapped commissions and first-year earnings targets ($175K–$200K).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven sales success and ability to independently manage and grow a territory.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong relationship-building, prospecting, and account management skills.
• Competitive, coachable, and self-motivated.
• Willingness to travel throughout Washington including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a territory covering all of Washington.
• Build relationships with VA physicians, podiatrists, physical therapists, and prosthetics departments.
• Drive adoption of an innovative home-use medical device.
• Develop new business while strengthening relationships within existing accounts.
• Create and execute a territory plan to expand market share and achieve sales goals.
