Job summary

Route 92 Medical is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive adoption of our neurovascular products in the Washington and Montana region, including Seattle, Missoula, and Billings. You will lead trainings, support key accounts, and collaborate with CAMs to deliver value.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of medical device sales, a Bachelor's degree, and a proven ability to build trusted relationships. This role requires travel over 60% and a proactive, results-driven mindset in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of related medical sales experience
• Knowledge of medical devices, products, industry and competition

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs and coordinates activities to drive support of product use within a designated geography or list of accounts
• Coordinates training activities for all accounts within the designated geography
• Collaborates with Clinical Account Managers (CAMs) within each territory
• Participates in negotiations with key accounts
• Forecasts sales and monitors the environment for changes impacting growth
• Has responsibility for some service activities
• Collaborates internally to strengthen culture and customer relationships
• Monitors competition and pricing, products and sales strategies
• Recommends changes in products, services, and policy based on results
• Travel > 60%
• Maintains professional knowledge through ongoing education and networking
