Prime Recruitment is seeking a Territory Manager for a growing medical device company in Washington. You will own and grow the Washington territory, building relationships with VA physicians and other departments, and drive adoption of an innovative home-use device to improve patient outcomes.

The role offers a base salary of $120K with expected first-year earnings of $175K–$200K+, uncapped commissions, comprehensive benefits, and generous PTO.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.

What You'll Do

• Own and grow a territory covering all of Washington
• Build relationships with VA physicians, podiatrists, physical therapists, and prosthetics departments
• Drive adoption of an innovative home-use medical device that improves patient outcomes
• Develop new business while strengthening relationships within existing accounts
• Create and execute a territory plan to expand market share and achieve sales goals

Territory & Travel

This territory includes

all of Washington State

. While you'll inherit an established customer base, this is primarily an

expansion territory

, offering significant opportunity to develop new relationships, grow market share, and build the business across the state.

Many accounts near Seattle can be covered through day trips, while Central and Eastern Washington coverage may require multi-day trips with overnight stays.

Expect

up to approximately 50% travel

, including overnight trips, as you support account growth, develop new business, and establish a strong presence throughout Washington. Travel requirements will vary based on your home location and account needs.
