Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks an LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and supporting team growth. The role emphasizes strong clinical judgment, leadership, and compliance with PBS Corp. standards, with bilingual English/Spanish applicants encouraged.

Responsibilities include program oversight, inter-team collaboration, and staff scheduling, with emphasis on documentation, mentorship, and professional development for supervisees.

Formación

• Active state licensure as required by local regulations.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 fieldwork hours and one year of ABA experience.
• Graduate from a program under WAC 246-805-210 with 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics (WAC 246-805-220).
• Complete supervised experience under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regs.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required.
• Ensure all required documentation—including E Sign, post hire documents, and compliance forms is completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements.
