LAZ Parking is seeking an enthusiastic Office Administrator in Washington, DC. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our company, responsible for greeting visitors and providing exceptional customer service. Your duties will include managing phone inquiries, handling correspondence, and assisting with administrative tasks for the management team.
Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of experience in an administrative support role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is necessary.
The Office Administrator is an enthusiastic and charismatic individual who greets each day and every person with a smile. S/he is the first point-of-contact for the company and, as such, sets the tone for an individual's experience at LAZ Parking as well as providing administrative support to the management team. Primary responsibilities include greeting and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our employees, customers and clients, proving excellent service, answering all inbound calls, helping to resolve inquiries and complaints in a positive manner, and handling the flow of in-person and phone inquiries efficiently while ensuring that all other front‑desk responsibilities are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Office Administrator is responsible for handling phone calls, monthly parkers and help desk requests during office hours of Monday through Friday. Proficiency in computers a must, Office system experience preferred.
High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to lift, push and pull at least 10 pounds. This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. The work will require the ability to lift files and file boxes, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand as necessary. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
