H+H Group seeks a Car Wash Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations across four car wash locations in the Omaha metro. The role focuses on people leadership, P&L performance, and safety compliance while driving growth in memberships and service revenue.

You’ll hire, train, and coach site managers, ensure OSHA safety standards, and report on throughput, labor, and equipment status to leadership. Travel between sites is required.

CAR WASH OPERATIONS MANAGER

Job Description

The H+H Group is hiring a Wash Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations across all four of our car wash locations — the H+H Shine Shop and ONYX express tunnel washes and the in-bay automatic washes at our Jeep Dodge Ram and Kia Village Pointe stores. Job Overview – How You'll Contribute:

• Lead, develop, and hold accountable the site managers and teams at Shine Shop, ONYX, and our in-bay automatic locations.
• Own P&L performance — driving wash counts, membership sign-ups, and retail/ancillary sales while controlling labor, chemical, water, and utility costs against budget.
• Oversee preventive maintenance, equipment uptime, and repair scheduling for conveyor/belt systems and in-bay automatic equipment across all four sites.
• Hire, train, and coach site managers and site staff, including certification on safe equipment operation.
• Ensure consistent safety protocols across all locations, including lockout/tagout procedures and equipment-hazard training.
• Deliver regular operational reporting to Management on throughput, conversion rates, labor coverage, and equipment status.
• Drive membership and unlimited wash club growth through local promotions and competitive pricing strategy.

Qualifications – What You Need to be Successful:

• Prior experience managing or maintaining conveyor-style automatic car wash equipment.
• Demonstrated people-management experience — hiring, coaching, performance management, and accountability across a team.
• Comfortable owning a P&L and controlling costs against budget.
• Working knowledge of OSHA, lockout/tagout, and equipment safety compliance standards.
• The ability to travel between multiple wash locations across the Omaha metro as needed. (Vehicle allowance provided.)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with site staff, guests, and leadership.
