Job summary

The H+H Group in Omaha, NE is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Service Concierge) to be the first point of contact for our service customers. You will handle calls, confirm reservations, and provide essential information with a positive, can-do attitude.

Paying at $18 an hour plus commission opportunities!

Job Overview - How You'll Contribute:

Come work for the #1 Customer Experience Team in the Omaha Metro Area with the H+H Group as a Customer Service Representative where you will work as a Service Concierge. You will be working in a fun, positive environment while handling incoming phone calls, including setting reservations and general assistance, for our Service Department Customers!

• Complete incoming and outgoing phone calls to confirm Customer reservations and provide service reminders.
• Update Customer information in programs.
• Assist Customers with providing past service history reports.
• Growth opportunities available!

The schedule:

• Monday - Friday shifts of 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, and 9am-6pm
• Rotating Saturdays (every 3rd) 7am-1pm. (If working a Saturday you will get one week day off and work an 8am-7pm shift one day during that week)

Qualifications - What You Need to be Successful:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent communication and Customer Service skills.
• High energy partnered with a positive attitude.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Detail oriented.
• Desire to grow, learn, and advance within the company.
