H+H Kia in Papillion, NE is seeking a Director of First Impressions to greet guests, manage a fast-paced reception, and set a welcoming tone. You will be the face of the dealership and collaborate with teams to ensure a seamless guest experience during visits.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication and customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and a high-energy, positive attitude. The role includes typical retail hours and growth opportunities within the group.

As the face of the dealership, you’ll be the first person our Guests meet—and the one who sets the tone for their entire visit. • Maintain ALL Customer areas according to most recently updated Director of First Impressions Host & Receptionist Hospitality Checklist.
• Answer all incoming phone calls in a timely, courteous manner and accurately direct all incoming lines to the proper person.
• Establish and maintain a friendly, professional relationship with Customers and Associates.

The Schedule:
Monday - Friday either 8:30am- 5:30pm and Saturdays 8:30am-6pm, with one day off during the week.

What you bring to the table:

• Experience answering and transferring from a multi-line phone.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of Guests or Associates.
• Desire to grow, learn, and advance within the company.
