Job summary

H+H Group is hiring a Valet / Service Support Associate in Omaha, NE. You’ll be the friendly face greeting guests, helping the service team, and keeping the service drive organized. This is a full-time, hourly role offering a competitive starting wage of $17 per hour.

Day-to-day duties include preparing the service drive, maintaining the loaner fleet, assisting guests, and performing vehicle inspections. Schedule typically Monday–Friday with a weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Operate a motor vehicle safely in all directions.
• High energy with a positive attitude.

• Ability to move, bend, push, climb, reach and kneel.
• Ability to operate various vehicles (auto, electric, hybrid, manual).

Responsibilities

• Greet service guests and locate their name in the appointment log.
• Prepare the service drive for guest arrival and move vehicles from prior day.
• Assist with Loaner Rental Fleet maintenance and vehicle cleaning.
• Perform glove groove inspection on every checked-in vehicle.
• Schedule: Mon-Fri 7am-4pm or 9am-6pm, Saturdays 8am-1pm.

Job Overview – How You’ll Contribute:

Do you enjoy driving? Do you love cars? Get PAID to DRIVE! We are looking for a Valet / Service Support worker where you will work as Service Support Agent to assist our Service Team at our ONYX Automotive location! In this role you will be providing top-notch Customer Service by greeting all Guests who enter the Service Drive. (Pay $17/hour)

• Prepare the Service Drive for Guest arrival each day – moving or coordinating the moving of any vehicles left in the Service Drive from the previous day’s business.
• Assist in maintaining the Loaner Rental Fleet as assigned, to include but not limited to cleaning vehicles, applying/removing decals, moving and staging vehicles.
• Greet Service Guests arriving at the Dealership. Locate Guest’s name on the Appointment Log and locate the Appointment Packet associated with that specific Guest.
• Perform a groove glove inspection of every vehicle that gets checked in.
• Pay $17/hour.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm and/or 9am-6pm with one week day off. Saturdays 8am-1pm.

Qualifications – What You Need to be Successful:

• Operate a motor vehicle cautiously and safely when moving in all directions (driving forward, backing up, and turning).
• High energy partnered with a positive attitude.
• Desire to grow, learn, and advance within the company.
• Perform bending, pushing, climbing, leaning, twisting, reaching, kneeling, crouching, and other maneuvers associated with the position.
• Ability to confidently operate automatic, electric, hybrid, and manual vehicles, is preferred.
