H&H Automotive LLC in Omaha, NE is seeking a Full Time Associate to join our Service Drive team as a Valet / Service Support worker. You will greet guests, assist the Service Team, and help prepare the Service Drive for arrivals while earning $17 per hour.

The role involves moving vehicles, managing the loaner fleet, locating guests in the appointment log, inspecting checked-in cars, and coordinating with the service staff. Schedule: Mon–Sat, 7am–4pm and 9am–6pm with one weekday off.

Qualifications

• Operate a motor vehicle cautiously and safely in all directions.
• High energy with a positive attitude.
• Desire to grow, learn and advance within the company.
• Perform bending, pushing, climbing, leaning, twisting, reaching, kneeling, crouching, and other maneuvers.
• Confidently operate automatic, electric, hybrid, and manual vehicles (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prepare the Service Drive for Guest arrivals and move vehicles as needed.
• Assist in maintaining the Loaner Rental Fleet and keep vehicles clean and ready.
• Greet Service Guests, locate them on the Appointment Log, and manage their packets.
• Perform groove glove inspections on vehicles checked in.

Job Overview - How You’ll Contribute:

Do you enjoy driving? Do you love cars? Get PAID to DRIVE! We are looking for a Valet / Service Support worker where you will work as Service Support Agent to assist our Service Team at our ONYX Automotive location! In this role you will be providing top-notch Customer Service by greeting all Guests who enter the Service Drive. (Pay $17/hour)

• Prepare the Service Drive for Guest arrival each day – moving or coordinating the moving of any vehicles left in the Service Drive from the previous day’s business.
• Assist in maintaining the Loaner Rental Fleet as assigned, to include but not limited to cleaning vehicles, applying/removing decals, moving and staging vehicles.
• Greet Service Guests arriving at the Dealership. Locate Guest’s name on the Appointment Log and locate the Appointment Packet associated with that specific Guest.
• Perform a groove glove inspection of every vehicle that gets checked in.
• Pay $17/hour.
• Schedule: Monday-Saturday 7am-4pm and 9am-6pm with one week day off.
