Job summary

ACCO Engineered Systems, Inc. is seeking a Warranty Program Leader to oversee all warranty activities, driving standards, productivity, and professional execution across field operations.

You will collaborate with Project Sales, Field and Project Leadership, and the Director of System Operations to manage resources, oversee subcontractors, and ensure adherence to QA/QC and safety protocols while aligning with corporate policies and strategic plans.

Qualifications

• Strong industry knowledge.
• Excellent leadership skills including honesty, integrity, patience, empathy, and work ethic.
• Effective communicator at all levels of the business.
• Experience with mechanical and plumbing systems and general fabrication practices.
• 12+ years of experience in construction leading projects including 5 years with equipment start up and repair.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all warranty related activities to ensure standards, productivity and professionalism.
• Assist warranty execution personnel with resource management, execution strategies and scheduling.
• Monitor/Manage third party subcontractors performing warranty activities.
• Implement Warranty Call and RMA Procedures and manage the warranty database.
• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ensure QA/QC protocols are followed.
• Investigate latent defects and design deficiencies with Project Management, Suppliers, Subcontractors, Engineering, and Field Personnel to close issues.
• Act as liaison between Project Managers, Engineers, General Contractors, Field Personnel, Property Managers and Building Owners.
• Attend job walks and pre/post-bid interviews as needed; review warranty bid estimates.
• Coordinate labor and supervision for warranty projects; continuously evaluate personnel performance.
• Ensure safety measures and corporate policies are up-to-date and communicated.
