Job summary

McKinstry in Seattle seeks a Senior Facility Operations Consultant – Product Warranty Management to lead warranty program operations across OSM projects, coordinating with owners, project teams and external partners to ensure quality and client satisfaction.

You will own end-to-end warranty and non-warranty workflows, drive process improvements, manage vendor performance, and provide training and insights from the InfoCentre platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, construction management, engineering, business, operations or related field; equivalent experience.
• Five+ years of progressively responsible experience in facilities operations, administration, or technical service coordination.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client-facing lead for warranty operations, product support, and service delivery.
• Own end-to-end warranty and non-warranty workflow from intake to closeout.
• Research, evaluate, and pre-validate technical issues to determine warranty path and next steps.
• Coordinate site access, parts, dispatch, and vendor coordination; monitor execution and resolve escalations.
• Develop and maintain workflows, SOPs, and training materials; ensure contractual compliance and continuous improvement.
