Job summary

McKinstry is seeking a Client Operations Manager - Warranty Program to lead the OSM warranty and non-warranty portfolio for the Seattle-based PNW Facility Operations team. You will drive program strategy, budgeting, reporting, and client governance while ensuring scalable, compliant operations.

Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential to manage risk, vendor performance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in facilities management, construction management, engineering, business, operations, or a related field.
• Typically five or more years of experience in facilities operations, warranty or service program management, or related environment.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and performance measurement.
• Knowledge of contractual obligations, service levels, escalation criteria, and risk management.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma or continuous-improvement methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the warranty program team and set performance expectations.
• Own end-to-end warranty and non-warranty program lifecycle from setup to service delivery.
• Develop annual program plans, forecasts, and growth initiatives.
• Manage program budgets, expenditures, and resource plans; monitor variances.
• Direct cross-functional execution and escalate material risks to leadership.
• Lead client governance and monthly business reviews with stakeholders.
