Job summary

ACCO Engineered Systems in Sparks, NV seeks an experienced Field Superintendent to oversee Start-Up, Air Balance, and Warranty operations in the assigned area. You will supervise area supervisors and forepersons, plan projects, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery across multiple sites.

You will mentor supervisors, manage staffing and labor budgets, coordinate with vendors and unions, review bid documents, and participate in pre-bid and wrap-up meetings.

Qualifications

• Strong industry knowledge.
• Excellent leadership and people skills.
• Experience in trades (sheet metal, piping, electrical, start-up).
• Proficient in English and effective communicator.

Responsibilities

• Lead Start-Up field activities to meet standards and productivity.
• Oversee operations, including resource management and staffing.
