Job summary

Pro-Serv Facility Solutions is seeking a Warranty Director to lead the warranty program across all branches and regions. You will own the process from service request to final reimbursement, ensuring proper authorization, documentation, and timely submissions.

You will manage high volumes of claims, enforce standards, and coordinate with manufacturers, technicians and leadership to protect company finances and ensure audit-ready records.

Qualifications

• Experience in warranty administration, service operations, claims management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warranty activity across all branches and service regions.
• Confirm equipment warranty eligibility before work proceeds when possible.
• Obtain manufacturer authorization numbers and requirements.
• Review technician notes, asset information, photos, parts and labor documentation.
• Prepare and submit complete claims within deadlines.
• Track claims from submission to payment or resolution.
• Reconcile submitted, approved and paid amounts; investigate shortages.
