Magna International Limited, a leader in automotive technologies, seeks a Warranty Specialist to act as the main contact for warranty issues across divisions. You will join a cross-functional warranty team, driving root-cause analysis and cost-reduction initiatives while leveraging Power BI and internal warranty tools.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent engineering/commercial experience.
• Comfort with ERP and web-based systems.
• Strong analytical skills using Excel and Pivot Tables.

Mansioni

• Learn expert level warranty systems as directed by supervisor.
• Monitor field repairs and provide early warnings to stakeholders.
• Create and distribute warranty financial reports on a monthly basis.
• Analyze warranty data, perform root-cause analysis and prioritize actions.
• Coordinate warranty management team meetings and drive implementation plans.
• Work with divisions to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Travel as needed to OEM warranty centers.
