Job summary

Niterra North America, Wixom, MI, is hiring a Warranty & Technical Analyst to monitor warranty performance, analyze complex data, and drive corrective actions across North American automotive lines. Hybrid work model with travel for client meetings and testing.

The ideal candidate will have extensive automotive systems knowledge, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience in data-driven problem solving, report generation, and OEM negotiations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automotive warranty data analysis, warranty repair operations, vehicle diagnostics, or engine component testing.
• Working knowledge of automotive systems and components, with familiarity with engine components and repair processes.
• Advanced self-directed problem-solving skills with ability to communicate data-driven insights.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor warranty performance and trends across Niterra North American automotive product lines using warranty systems and data to recommend investigations and corrective actions.
• Integrate data tools and AI to optimize database workflows and operational efficiency.
• Analyze complex warranty data to identify trends and propose resolutions, preparing reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with OEM, Quality Assurance, and Technical Center teams to reduce warranty rates and address issues.
• Travel for client meetings, field investigations, or testing as required.
