Zusammenfassung

ABB is seeking a Warranty Project Manager to lead warranty activities for Electrification Solutions projects. You will be the main customer interface, coordinating with vendors, technicians, and internal teams to resolve claims while minimizing customer downtime.

Hybrid work model in Houston, TX or Lake Mary, FL with ~25% travel and rotation on-call. Bachelor's in electrical/energy/mechanical engineering and 3+ years in related roles are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree (electrical/energy/mechanical engineering) with minimum 3 years of experience in project management, engineering, or manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, including proficiency in English.
• Analytical skills to interpret warranty claims vs coverage and drive process improvements.

Aufgaben

• Warranty management & customer advocacy: act as primary contact for warranty issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Claims assessment & coordination: review claims, prioritize cases, coordinate with vendors, field technicians and internal teams.
• Process execution & documentation: manage purchase orders, keep detailed project records, ensure HSE compliance.
• Analysis & reporting: analyze warranty trends, performance, and costs to improve efficiency and satisfaction.
